Why do I need to save a card?

As a small business owner, it is protection for my time behind the chair for cases of clients needing to make appointment adjustments within a window that I will likely be unable to fill that slot with another client. A loss of a client on my schedule results in a financial loss of me, and time is money. I will not hold an appointment time without a card saved on file. While I know some people feel uncomfortable having their information saved somewhere out of their hands, I assure you it is safe in my secured booking system. 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No biggie! However be mindful of my 48 hour policy. If you need to make changes within that window, it's totally fine, but my policy fees will be implemented. All appointment changes need to be made with me directly, changes cannot be made on here. Keep in mind, I stay pretty busy, with moving appointments the sooner you let me know, the better, and the more likely I am to find a time slot that works best for both of us to get you back on my books.

What is the best way to book?

You can either text me or book online! If you call me, I will likely reply via text unless asked specifically to call back. 

Are you taking new clients?

Yes! Morning and afternoons during the weekdays. I am unable to take new clients during evening (5pm and later) and Saturday times. Those times are reserved for my existing clients who already fill those time slots regularly. 

What if a time isn't available?

You are always welcome to text me and ask if there is a chance I have time during the desired spot. I will always do what I can to see if it is an option, however no promises!

What color line do you use?

I primarily use Schwarzkopf for demi-permanent and permanent color as well as bleach. I can easily convert most color lines over to this if a client has a formula from a previous stylist.
