Please Read Carefully

Card On File

All clients are required to have a active card saved on file. It does not have to be the card used at the time of the service, but it must be saved as a incidental in situations such as cancelling, rescheduling and no-call no-shows. There are no exceptions to a card being saved on file and I will not hold an appointment time without one. 

Appointment Changes

I have a 48 hour window for any appointment changes. Under the 48 hour window, changes made to appointments will result in the following fees stated in below tabs - 

Appointment Rescheduling

Any appointments to be rescheduled under 48 hours will result in a fee of $15 for haircut services and $50 for all other services. Charges will be made to the card saved on file.

Appointment Cancellation

Any appointments to be cancelled under 48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the cost of the service, however if cancelled on the same day you will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. Charges will be made to the card on file.

No Call No Show

In the event of a client not showing up to the appointment they will be charged IN FULL of the scheduled service without exception. Charges will be made to the card saved on file.

Refunds

I do not give refunds in the form of the charges paid for the service completed. In the event that a client requests something to be adjusted with their hair post service completion, within 5 days, I will be happy to make those changes free-of-charge WITHIN REASON. This can be discussed at the time of doing the adjustment.
